Rincón Surf School Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations, Refunds and Credits: We understand that your plans change. We offer a flexible change and limited refund policy for Rincon Surf School:
  • 100% Refund or Re-Schedule if Rincon Surf School cancels your lesson (due to public health order, swell/safety conditions, etc.).
  • 100% Credit if you cancel and let us know at least 24 HOURS in advance. Credits can be used towards any future lessons or services, or you can also choose a 30% Refund if the credit doesn’t work for you.
  • Last-Minute Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance are on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed.
  • No Show / No Refund – If you just don’t show up for a scheduled lesson, you won’t receive a credit or refund.

More Details: Credits may be maintained for no more than two (2) years, and applied to services provided directly by the Operator. There is no guarantee that the same trip will be available, or that the price, terms or location will not change.

This means some or all of your payments and deposits made to the Operator may be non-refundable. This is why the purchase of Travel Insurance is required in many cases, and if not, it is always highly recommended. THERE ARE NO MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND POLICIES – COVID19 RISKS ARE “KNOWN” RISKS TO TRAVEL IN 2022 AND ARE NO LONGER CAUSE FOR REFUND. We are in an industry where clients frequently put themselves at risk through action sports, and injuries are often an unfortunate side effect of participation in these activities.
